Hero Camp is 2 weeks: 12 sessions and a fitness check-up at one club for 59 990 ₸. First Step is 14 days: 6 coached sessions on a ready-made plan, a fitness check-up and an intro session for 39 990 ₸ (39 990 ₸ at Nurly Orda). If you buy an annual membership while First Step is running, its price is credited toward the membership.

You can get a 6- or 12-month membership at the club that suits you and keep training. A trial program is available once: you can’t repeat it or take the other trial.

A trial program runs at one club, which you choose when you buy it. With a membership you can also visit other studios in the network: visits to other studios are included in your membership.

The first sessions are hard for everyone; your body is adapting. Your coach adjusts the load and weight on every machine, and the volume and difficulty of the exercises match your fitness. You work at your own pace.

If you cancel at least 8 hours before the start, you can move the session to another time. If you cancel later or don’t show up, the session is used up.

It’s best to arrive 20–30 minutes early to change, pick up a heart rate monitor and hear the coach’s briefing. QR check-in closes 5 minutes after the start, because joining halfway through isn’t safe, and the session is used up.

No. All classes run on a schedule and with a coach, who watches your technique and adjusts the load. Booking is only through the app.

Yes. Classes start every hour: the first at 6:50–7:00, the last at 21:00–21:30, with times varying slightly by club. You book in the app.

Yes. You can sign up in the Hero’s Journey app with a phone number from any country.
